3 to 5 years of experience in a data-entry, administrative, or sales support role (CPG or brokerage experience is a major advantage), or a recent college graduate with relevant internship experience
Tech-savvy with a solid command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for daily reporting
Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for representing the Acosta Group
A self-motivated problem solver who can work independently and stay ahead of deadlines
Strong active listening skills and a genuine passion for working within a collaborative team environment
Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling financial figures and client data

Job Duties

Prepare and serve premium juices, smoothies, and food items, ensuring every order meets our quality standards
Maintain and update vital client documents using specialized platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay
Manage promotional fund reconciliation, ensuring that trade spend aligns with client budgets and resolving any claim alerts
Audit new customer orders to verify that all promotional pricing has been applied correctly
Coordinate the entry of data for new product launches, price shifts, and public-facing marketing info
Assist the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of retail promotional campaigns
Keep precise records of store operations and sales data to support overall team efficiency
