Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data-entry, administrative, or sales support roles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- excellent communication skills

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a data-entry, administrative, or sales support role (CPG or brokerage experience is a major advantage), or a recent college graduate with relevant internship experience
- tech-savvy with a solid command of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word for daily reporting
- exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for representing the Acosta Group
- a self-motivated problem solver who can work independently and stay ahead of deadlines
- strong active listening skills and a genuine passion for working within a collaborative team environment
- meticulous attention to detail especially when handling financial figures and client data
Job Duties
- prepare and serve premium juices, smoothies, and food items ensuring every order meets quality standards
- maintain and update vital client documents using specialized platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay
- manage promotional fund reconciliation ensuring trade spend aligns with client budgets and resolve any claim alerts
- audit new customer orders to verify promotional pricing has been applied correctly
- coordinate the entry of data for new product launches, price shifts, and public-facing marketing info
- assist the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of retail promotional campaigns
- keep precise records of store operations and sales data to support overall team efficiency
