Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years experience in data entry administrative or sales support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for collaborative team work
- Prior experience in CPG or brokerage industry is a plus
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Further industry certifications are highly regarded
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a data-entry administrative or sales support role CPG or brokerage experience is a major advantage or a recent college graduate with relevant internship experience
- Tech-savvy with a solid command of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word for daily reporting
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for representing the Acosta Group
- A self-motivated problem solver who can work independently and stay ahead of deadlines
- Strong active listening skills and a genuine passion for working within a collaborative team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail especially when handling financial figures and client data
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve premium juices smoothies and food items ensuring every order meets our quality standards
- Maintain and update vital client documents using specialized platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay
- Manage promotional fund reconciliation ensuring that trade spend aligns with client budgets and resolving any claim alerts
- Audit new customer orders to verify that all promotional pricing has been applied correctly
- Coordinate the entry of data for new product launches price shifts and public-facing marketing info
- Assist the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of retail promotional campaigns
- Keep precise records of store operations and sales data to support overall team efficiency
