Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data-entry, administrative, or sales support role

Job Duties
- As a Juice and Smoothie Barista at Acosta Group, you will play a dual role that blends high-quality beverage preparation with essential administrative support
- We are looking for an energetic individual who can craft delicious, healthy products for our customers while simultaneously ensuring that the "behind-the-scenes" data such as promotional tracking, client documentation, and sales records remains accurate and organized
- This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of food service but also has a sharp eye for detail and a knack for managing digital records and financial reconciliations to help our merchandising teams thrive
- Prepare and serve premium juices, smoothies, and food items, ensuring every order meets our quality standards
- Maintain and update vital client documents using specialized platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay
- Manage promotional fund reconciliation, ensuring that trade spend aligns with client budgets and resolving any claim alerts
- Audit new customer orders to verify that all promotional pricing has been applied correctly
- Coordinate the entry of data for new product launches, price shifts, and public-facing marketing info
- Assist the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of retail promotional campaigns
- Keep precise records of store operations and sales data to support overall team efficiency
