Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred
- Knowledge of health department standards is helpful
- Previous food service experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Able to lift or carry items up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work irregular hours
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a retail food service environment
- Familiarity with safety procedures
Job Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Adheres to all established policies and procedures and ensures all team members on the shift adhere to the same
- Ensures that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest and maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge
- Completes assigned tasks and ensures all team members complete all assigned tasks
- Ensures floor is swept and mopped appropriately during shift
- Ensures team members always use wet floor sign for safety and empties trash and replaces liner as needed
- Immediately reports all equipment malfunctions to JT Listens and Store Manager
- Maintains Restaurant in a manner consistent with Health Department Standards
- Works with Manager to plan and assign shift tasks and assignments
