Job Requirements
- Relevant culinary degree or certification preferred
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare, season, cook and test food items for consumption in food and beverage outlets
- Perform supervisory duties including supervision of line cooks and acting in the absence of the lead chef
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company health, safety, sanitation standards
- Train, schedule, and assign work to team members
- Assist with evaluations of team members
