Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Professional culinary training or equivalent experience
- Two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- Ability to work all venue events including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to read, speak and write in English
- Mobility to perform assigned production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Follow all safety policies and complete safety training
- Report all safety incidents in a timely manner
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to interact effectively with co-workers
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services
- Familiarity with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and guest relations
- Strong multitasking ability in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
- Physical capability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours at venue events
- Mobility for frequent reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Two to three years of experience in a high-end club or restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations
- Develop and modify menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef
- Manage kitchen staff and foster effective communication
- Ensure compliance with nutritionist guidelines
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Oversee inventory and cost control measures
- Adapt quickly to changing kitchen needs and priorities
