Job Requirements
- At least 2 years' maintenance technician experience
- HVAC certificate helpful but not required
- Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Computer literacy required

Job Duties
- Daily inspect grounds, parking lots and common areas
- Apply general knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, heating, electrical, plumbing, painting, sprinkler systems, and other related skills required to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance and/or repairs
- Respond to all work order requests in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to after-hours emergencies, as the need arises
- Maintain all equipment and machines in good working order at all times
- Maintain good tenant relations
- Attend work with regularity and punctuality
