Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration restaurant management hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the restaurant industry or related environment
- At least 3 years of complete P&L responsibility
- Multiple unit management experience preferred
- Ability to deliver outstanding guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
- Exceptional financial acumen
- Proven coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to develop positive working relationships
- Availability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite and Outlook preferred
- Entrepreneurial leadership qualities
- Ability to coordinate resources including HR training and operations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75 percent including overnight stays
- Ability to relocate a strong plus

- Identify and develop management teams into top performers
- Execute brand's food, beverage, and service standards consistently
- Assume full P&L responsibility for multiple locations
- Maintain high employment quality standards
- Oversee staffing, training, and employee engagement
- Lead implementation of practices, initiatives, and promotions
- Foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- Ensure immaculate restaurant environment and adherence to quality standards
- Use guest experience measurement tools to drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with marketing to execute annual marketing plan and promote local marketing efforts
