Job Requirements

- Must have and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of relevant experience in exercise planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong technology skills

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exercise planning experience in the space domain preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate directly with USNORTHCOM, USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM, GCCs, ASCCs, Corps, Division, 32nd and 263rd Army Air and Missile Defense Commands, 1st Space Brigade, and 100th GMD to provide space exercise support
- Provide expertise in planning major supported CCMD Tier I exercises such as Vigilant Shield, Apollo Griffin, Global Lightning, 1st Space Brigade and 100th GMD major training events, and additional Joint exercises using the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) process
- Execute planned exercises including controlling storylines and injecting Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) inputs using the JMSEL tool
- Use the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) to collect Lessons Learned and After Action Review (AAR) comments from exercises
- Assess and synchronize space operations support to USNORTHCOM, USSTRATCOM, USSPACECOM, and other CCMD major exercises, experiments, and war games
