Job Requirements
- At least six months of caregiving experience
- CNA or HCA preferred or able to get certified within 120 days from date of hire with in-house support
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Compliance with state background screening requirements
- Eligibility to work in the US

Job Duties
- Assist clients with personal care such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal assistance
- Perform light housekeeping including basic cleaning, laundry and organizing
- Provide transportation by driving clients to appointments, running errands and grocery shopping
- Offer companionship through games, puzzles and other social or emotional support activities
- Participate in ongoing training and development through CareAcademy
- Engage in year-round caregiver recognition programs and appreciation events
- Comply with state background screening and company standards
