Job Requirements
- No prior aviation experience required
- Ability to complete a 4-week paid training program
- Must pass FAA examinations and drills
- Must be available for 24/7 scheduling including reserve status
- Must live within driving distance of assigned base in Charlotte, NC
- Ability to lift and carry safety equipment as required
- Compliance with FAA medical and background checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of FAA-certified flight attendant training
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage emergency situations calmly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks
- Perform FAA-mandated safety demonstrations
- Provide in-flight service including beverage and snack distribution
- Handle in-flight medical and security emergencies
- Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning
- Monitor cabin for safety compliance
- Support conflict resolution and customer care
