Job Requirements

  • No prior aviation experience required
  • Ability to complete a 4-week paid training program
  • Must pass FAA examinations and drills
  • Must be available for 24/7 scheduling including reserve status
  • Must live within driving distance of assigned base in Charlotte, NC
  • Ability to lift and carry safety equipment as required
  • Compliance with FAA medical and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of FAA-certified flight attendant training
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage emergency situations calmly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks
  • Perform FAA-mandated safety demonstrations
  • Provide in-flight service including beverage and snack distribution
  • Handle in-flight medical and security emergencies
  • Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning
  • Monitor cabin for safety compliance
  • Support conflict resolution and customer care
