Weekend and holiday availability
Experience in a full service dine in restaurant is preferred
Experience in the same or similar position is preferred
Authorized to work in the US

Good physical stamina for standing and moving for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests and manage traffic flow as a host or cashier
Ensure communication between kitchen staff and front of house as an expo or food runner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas as a busser
Collaborate with management if interested in serving roles
Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of kitchen areas as dishwasher
Assist in food preparation ensuring quality as a prep cook
Prepare consistent and timely dishes as a line cook
