Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or office administration preferred
  • proficiency in MS Office including advanced Excel
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to operate standard office equipment
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • willingness to work in a typical office environment with prolonged periods of sitting or standing

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have
  • operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including fax machine, copy machine, and computer
  • keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
  • receive deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail
  • take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • assist with coordinating employee appreciation events
  • participate in designing and implementing surveys and feedback opportunities
  • create opportunities to recognize and celebrate employees
  • assist with new hire and annual enrollment processes for employee benefit programs
  • partner with benefit administrators and vendors to ensure easy access to benefits
  • support compensation and payroll processes ensuring compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality
