Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and personal protective equipment requirements per regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Ability to prepare flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with contemporary kitchen tools and cooking techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, local ingredients
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet community standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with team members to develop seasonal menu items
- Interact warmly and professionally with residents and guests
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations including COVID-19 protocols
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
