Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and personal protective equipment requirements per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Ability to prepare flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with contemporary kitchen tools and cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, local ingredients
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet community standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to develop seasonal menu items
  • Interact warmly and professionally with residents and guests
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations including COVID-19 protocols
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
