Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
  • Flexible to work 50 plus hours per week including varying days and hours
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for off-site meetings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years in a leadership role in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • Experience with financial management and labor controls
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of compliance with local, state and federal laws
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure restaurant achieves both financial commitments and guest satisfaction goals
  • Maintain a high energy attitude to motivate associates and satisfy guest needs
  • Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards
  • Recruit, interview, hire and conduct performance appraisals for associates
  • Responsible for development and succession planning for associates
  • Provide disciplinary action for associates and terminations, when applicable
  • Ensure direct reports perform all assigned job duties in a prompt and accurate manner
