Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Flexible to work 50 plus hours per week including varying days and hours
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to occasionally travel for off-site meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years in a leadership role in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- Experience with financial management and labor controls
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of compliance with local, state and federal laws
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Ensure restaurant achieves both financial commitments and guest satisfaction goals
- Maintain a high energy attitude to motivate associates and satisfy guest needs
- Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards
- Recruit, interview, hire and conduct performance appraisals for associates
- Responsible for development and succession planning for associates
- Provide disciplinary action for associates and terminations, when applicable
- Ensure direct reports perform all assigned job duties in a prompt and accurate manner
