- 5 or more years of restaurant management experience
- 2 or more years of profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a competent and motivated team
- Monitor financial performance including profit and loss statements to maintain budgetary controls
- Implement excellent customer service practices to uphold brand standards
- Resolve conflicts and address employee or customer concerns promptly
- Coordinate inventory management and supply ordering to maintain cost controls
- Lead marketing efforts and local store promotions to drive sales and community engagement
