Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have at least 3 years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Possess time management and organizational skills
- Excel at conflict resolution
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong financial skills including P&L responsibility
- Passion for building strong teams and creating a positive work environment and culture
- Exceptional commitment to customer service
- Desire to learn, grow, and have fun doing so
- Must be able to turn a vision into reality

Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure team members provide exceptional customer service
- Help recruit, train, and retain a winning team
- Lead, coach, motivate, and celebrate team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service every shift
- Drive results through labor, food cost, and sales goals
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant
- Collaborate with area coaches to meet business goals
- Set breakthrough standards, sets bar high for operational excellence, and does not settle for good enough
- Communicate well and connect with everyone to help the team understand the what and the why
- Execute processes and routines, focusing on clear roles and processes and understanding the customer's needs
- Hold self and others accountable and coach and role model expectations with a sense of urgency
- Celebrate success by making recognition sincere and giving back
