Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- College or university degree preferred
- Three to five years of operational management experience in the quick service restaurant industry
- Proven ability to coach and develop managerial employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in business math and computer literacy
- Demonstrated track record of customer satisfaction and financial performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Job Duties
- Oversee and lead the operations of 3-5 restaurants
- Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, Shift Managers, and restaurant teams
- Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
- Manage labor, inventory, and financial performance including controllable profit delivery
- Address repairs and maintenance issues promptly
- Conduct regular store visits and provide verbal and written feedback
