Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Willingness to work a 50 hour plus week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Three to five years of operational management experience in the quick service restaurant industry
  • Proven ability to coach and develop managerial employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in business math and computer literacy
  • Demonstrated track record of customer satisfaction and financial performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee and lead the operations of 3-5 restaurants
  • Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, Shift Managers, and restaurant teams
  • Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
  • Manage labor, inventory, and financial performance including controllable profit delivery
  • Address repairs and maintenance issues promptly
  • Conduct regular store visits and provide verbal and written feedback
