Job Requirements

Energetic and organized leader

Restaurant leadership experience required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work a 50 hour plus week

Job Qualifications

High school diploma
College or university degree preferred
Three to five years of operational management experience in the quick service restaurant industry
Proven ability to coach and develop managerial employees
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in business math and computer literacy
Demonstrated track record of customer satisfaction and financial performance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Job Duties

Oversee and lead the operations of 3-5 restaurants
Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, Shift Managers, and restaurant teams
Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
Manage labor, inventory, and financial performance including controllable profit delivery
Address repairs and maintenance issues promptly
Conduct regular store visits and provide verbal and written feedback
