Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- must obtain a tuberculosis clearance certificate
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- capability to follow safety protocols
- good physical stamina to handle restaurant work
Job Qualifications

- experience in restaurant operations preferred
- leadership or supervisory experience
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to coach and develop staff
- strong communication skills
- basic financial acumen
Job Duties
- Assist GM in achieving restaurant's staffing and development goals
- assist GM in monitoring and improving employee morale
- personally coach staff
- support training of employees
- ensure safety is everyone's top priority
- ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- ensure compliance with all company policies
- assist GM in achieving sales and profits to plan
- display urgency in correcting daily financial control deficiencies
- deliver and improve delivery of operational standards
- ensure execution of excellent customer service
- execute shift deployment as the MIC
- assist GM to ensure all food safety and brand standards are executed
- open or close restaurant as required
- ensure that safety is a priority for all employees
- perform other duties as assigned
