Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in QSR and pizza/delivery preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Solid financial acumen including budgeting and cost control

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience preferably in QSR and pizza/delivery industry
  • Proven track record of success in operational and financial management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant finances including P&L management and cost control
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and customer service excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Job Duties

  • Take full accountability for the restaurant's financial performance including budgeting, cost control and inventory management
  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations ensuring seamless processes
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team fostering a positive work environment
  • Champion an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences and proactively address feedback
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term business plans identifying growth opportunities
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges making informed decisions that benefit the business
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and drive community engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility
