Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Experience in QSR and pizza/delivery preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Solid financial acumen including budgeting and cost control

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience preferably in QSR and pizza/delivery industry
- Proven track record of success in operational and financial management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant finances including P&L management and cost control
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and customer service excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Job Duties
- Take full accountability for the restaurant's financial performance including budgeting, cost control and inventory management
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations ensuring seamless processes
- Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team fostering a positive work environment
- Champion an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences and proactively address feedback
- Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term business plans identifying growth opportunities
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges making informed decisions that benefit the business
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and drive community engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility
