Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minimum two years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, cash handling, and scheduling
  • Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement promotional and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies
