Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence
- Train and develop team members to enhance performance and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, cash handling, and scheduling
- Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement promotional and marketing initiatives
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies
