Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience with cash control and inventory management

Job Duties
- Maintain fast and accurate service
- Ensure positive guest relations
- Adhere to company quality standards
- Comply with Occupational Safety & Health Act and relevant safety regulations
- Support profit and loss management through cash control and financial reporting
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members
- Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Motivate and train team members
- Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using a preventative maintenance program
- Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction
- Execute corporate and local marketing plans
- Participate in hiring and firing decisions
- Champion employee recognition and motivation efforts
