Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Strong team-building and motivational skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and operational quality
  • Experience with cash control and inventory management
  • Familiarity with performance management and training techniques
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast and accurate service
  • Ensure positive guest relations
  • Adhere to company quality standards
  • Comply with Occupational Safety & Health Act and relevant safety regulations
  • Support profit and loss management through cash control and financial reporting
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members
  • Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
  • Motivate and train team members
  • Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Execute corporate and local marketing plans
  • Participate in hiring and firing decisions
  • Champion employee recognition and motivation efforts
