Job Requirements
- Five or more years of restaurant management experience
- Two or more years of profit and loss responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Basic business and math skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work a 5 day workweek with at least one weekend day off weekly
