Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation not public transit
  • True desire to learn and grow

  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Knowledge of cash control and inventory management
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Experience in performance management and hiring processes
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast and accurate service
  • Ensure positive guest relations
  • Ensure products meet company quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act and local health and safety codes
  • Assist Profit and Loss management by following cash control and security procedures
  • Maintain inventory and manage labor
  • Review financial reports and take appropriate business actions
  • Assist Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
  • Conduct performance appraisals and take disciplinary actions
  • Motivate and train staff
  • Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance programs
  • Ensure food quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction
  • Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely
  • Hire and fire or participate in related decisions
  • Champion recognition and motivation efforts
