Job Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant team members during shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage customer service to maintain a high level of satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling and labor management
- Handle cash transactions and daily financial reporting
- Support training and development of new employees
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders
