Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 18 years old
- prior delivery or driving experience preferred
- reliable transportation (personal vehicle)
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- smartphone for navigation and communication
- pass a background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license
- good driving record
- ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to navigate and use GPS for delivery routes
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- deliver pizza and other food items to customers in a timely and safe manner
- maintain communication with dispatch and customers during delivery
- ensure accuracy of orders before leaving the restaurant
- handle payment transactions and provide excellent customer service
- follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving
- keep delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained
- manage own schedule to accommodate delivery shifts
