Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- Ability to work flexible schedules including over 50 hours per week
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to travel occasionally for off-site meetings
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain compliance with local, state and federal laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years in a leadership role in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- Proven ability to lead a team and function within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Competency in time and financial resource management
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Ability to maintain a high performance and accountable culture
- Experience with change management
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Job Duties
- Ensure restaurant achieves both financial commitments and guest satisfaction goals
- Maintain a high energy attitude to motivate associates and satisfy guest needs
- Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards
- Recruit, interview, hire and conduct performance appraisals for associates
- Responsible for development and succession planning for associates
- Provide disciplinary action for associates and terminations, when applicable
- Ensure direct reports perform all assigned job duties in a prompt and accurate manner
- Ensure preparation and submission of all required paperwork, all cash handling procedures are followed, restaurant assets are maintained and controlled, inventories of food/beverage and small wares are controlled, compliance with all local, state and federal laws, as well as compliance with all company policies
- Analyze systems, procedures and business trends, provide strategic guidance for development and improvement of all restaurant operations
- Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe working behaviors for all associates
- Perform other duties as needed
