Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- reliable transportation and proof of valid driver’s license
- ability to use a smartphone for navigation and communication
- physical stamina to perform delivery duties
- strong customer service orientation
- must pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- experience in food delivery or customer service is preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- familiarity with local routes and navigation tools
- ability to lift and carry food packages safely
Job Duties
- deliver food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
- ensure accurate handling of payment and provide correct change
- maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- adhere to safety guidelines and traffic regulations
- manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery issues promptly
