Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in achieving staffing and development goals
- Assist in monitoring and improving employee morale
- Personally coach staff and support employee training
- Ensure safety is a priority and compliance with laws and company policies
- Assist in achieving sales and profit targets
- Deliver and improve operational standards and excellent customer service
- Execute shift deployment as Manager in Charge
- Open and close restaurant as required
- Ensure food safety and brand standards are met
- Perform other assigned duties
