Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- 18 years old with 2 years driving experience for delivery drivers
- good driving record for delivery drivers
- able to pass company background check for management positions
- basic food handler’s card required
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- team-oriented mindset
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- customer service experience is an asset
- good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling cash
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver’s license and good driving record required for delivery drivers
- prior management experience is a plus for management roles
- valid food handler’s card for those involved in food preparation or handling
Job Duties
- prepare and cook pizzas, wings, and other menu items according to company standards
- provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- handle cash and process customer payments accurately
- deliver orders to customers in a timely and safe manner if working as a driver
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining space
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
