Job Requirements
- at least 16 years old for general team members
- at least 18 years old with 2 years driving experience for delivery drivers
- ability to pass company background check for management candidates
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- valid food-handler's card for management roles
- good communication skills and friendly demeanor
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- valid food-handler's card required for management positions
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- valid driver's license and clean driving record required for delivery drivers
- prior management experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Duties
- prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
- deliver orders promptly and safely to customers if applicable
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and kitchen equipment
- interact positively with customers to provide excellent service
- follow food safety and hygiene regulations consistently
- assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- support teamwork by communicating effectively with colleagues
