Job Requirements

  • at least 16 years old for general team members
  • at least 18 years old with 2 years driving experience for delivery drivers
  • ability to pass company background check for management candidates
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • valid food-handler's card for management roles
  • good communication skills and friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • valid food-handler's card required for management positions
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record required for delivery drivers
  • prior management experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • deliver orders promptly and safely to customers if applicable
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and kitchen equipment
  • interact positively with customers to provide excellent service
  • follow food safety and hygiene regulations consistently
  • assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • support teamwork by communicating effectively with colleagues
