Job Duties
- Assist General Manager in achieving staffing and development goals
- Coach and support employees
- Monitor and improve employee morale
- Ensure safety and compliance with all laws and company policies
- Assist in achieving sales and profit plans
- Deliver and improve operational standards
- Execute excellent customer service
- Open or close the restaurant as required
- Act as Manager in Charge during shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned
