Job Qualifications

high school graduate
possess at least two years of hosting experience preferably in the hotel or upscale hospitality industry
knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to work productively with other departments
strong interpersonal and motivational skills
ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and professionally
manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
assist guests with seating arrangements
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance
engage with guests to anticipate and address their needs
communicate effectively with other staff to ensure smooth operations
promote positive guest relations and handle complaints courteously
