Job Requirements
- High school graduate

Job Duties
- Clear and reset dining tables
- refresh drinks for guests
- set up and break down restaurant areas
- maintain a friendly and unobtrusive demeanor with guests
- follow all Human Resource policies and legal regulations
- promote teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate
- recognize and address potential intoxicated or disruptive guests
- handle and report employee or guest accidents
- respond properly to emergencies
- attend all required meetings
- monitor professional appearance and service standards
- follow payroll and uniform procedures
- provide expertly served beverage and dining experience
- keep tools of the trade on person
- pour water from the right side
- inform guests when returning
- clear from the right side
- remove used silverware
- crumb vacant place settings
- clear vacated tables quickly and quietly
- notify host/hostess when tables are reset
- ascertain guest satisfaction and resolve issues
- check schedules regularly for changes
- wear proper uniform
- report unsafe conditions
- respect guest confidentiality
- set up function rooms as per contracts
- anticipate guest needs and provide assistance
- break down displays or side stations
