Job Requirements
- Must obtain a Bossier ABO and LACT
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Previous cash handling experience a plus
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the duration of shift
- Excel at working independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter the establishment
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
- Coordinating and controlling the flow of the seating chart, optimizing an even workload for all staff
- Engaging with guests to ensure they’re provided with exceptional customer service
- Answering calls, taking reservations, responding to complaints, and helping to resolve them
- Assisting team members with other tasks in the restaurant as needed
- Operating a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amount into the register and giving correct change
- Quoting accurate waiting times and handling guest waiting lists or reservations in accordance with established procedures
