Job Requirements
- enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program
- retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student
- maintain good financial and academic standing with the University
- willingness to work nights (1:00 am) and weekends
- ability to perform duties efficiently and safely

Job Duties
- prepare and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- efficiently run your station during your shift
- exercise good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- use POS system for taking orders and cash register operations
- proof frozen dough using the proofing oven
- bake fresh bread in the baking oven
- slice deli meats using slicer
- hand wash dishes
