Job Requirements
- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student
- Maintain good financial and academic standing with the University
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge
Job Qualifications
- Ability to quickly grasp and utilize new concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellence in time management with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle stress during peak times
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the team
Job Duties
- Prepare and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Efficiently run your station during your shift
- Exercise good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Operate POS system and take orders on cash register
- Proof frozen dough and bake fresh bread
- Slice deli meats as required
- Hand wash dishes and maintain cleanliness
- Work nights (1:00 am) and weekends as needed
