Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma GED
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of three years high volume full service restaurant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to attract train develop and retain top team members
- Strong guest service focus
- Ability to define measure and attain financial goals
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to talk hear and use hands repetitively
- Ability to bend kneel crouch climb ladders and step stools
- Dexterity for handling food items and dishes
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure flawless execution of every detail every shift by every team member to exceed guest expectations
- Provide direction coaching training and development for team members including food quality service standards safety sanitation and company policies and procedures
- Ensure all food beverage and service standards policies and procedures are adhered to
- Partner with the GM to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
- Ensure consistent execution of all systems standards inventory and cost controls
- Partner with the GM to create and implement plans that result in improved financial performance
- Partner with GM to plan execute and follow up on new company initiatives
- Utilize catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
- Ensure team members and manager schedules support positive performance by verifying right people and par levels are scheduled
- Interview and assist in final selection of all team members maintaining appropriate staffing par levels
- Partner with GM to verify that daily administration is carried out according to policy and standards
- Organize and plan work anticipating changing business needs
- Communicate effectively with guest team members management team local owner Station 5 team and vendors
- Respond promptly to guest feedback ensuring positive guest recovery
- Ensure cleanliness of exterior and interior facilities with sufficient supply levels
- Follow safety procedures and standards when operating equipment
- Provide a safe professional non hostile harassment free working environment
- Handle multiple priorities work under stress and exercise good judgment
