Job Duties

  • Coordinate and prepare scratch-made food items according to recipes, standards, and procedures
  • Ensure proper measurements and use of ingredients
  • Monitor shelf lives to maintain food quality
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization by cleaning as you go
  • Transport items and containers within the kitchen and stock areas
  • Stand for extended periods while performing kitchen duties
