- Ensure proper measurements and ingredient usage
- Maintain high food quality and adherence to shelf life requirements
- Follow health, safety and sanitation procedures
- Clean as you go and stay organized
- Transport items and containers weighing up to 50 lbs to and from stock and kitchen locations
