Job Requirements

- previous experience in food handling or food service preferred
- basic knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Work with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations
- measure business trends and maximize sales and profitability
- develop and lead restaurant staff
- control expenses and reduce shortages
- manage food and inventory control
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- act as the Restaurant Manager in their absence
