Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food handling or food service preferred
  • basic knowledge of health and safety standards
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow detailed instructions
  • physically able to perform restaurant duties
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED preferred
  • previous food handling experience preferred
  • previous food service experience preferred
  • knowledge of health department standards helpful

Job Duties

  • Work with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations
  • measure business trends and maximize sales and profitability
  • develop and lead restaurant staff
  • control expenses and reduce shortages
  • manage food and inventory control
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • act as the Restaurant Manager in their absence
