Job Requirements
- Must have one plus years jewelry industry experience
- Must have one plus years of experience with custom jobs
- Must have basic understanding of placing CAD requests with designers vendors and knowledge of reading CAD to get cost for pieces
- Must be able to pass knowledge assessment during interview process
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Excel
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop
- Ability to work well with a team of diverse personalities
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing a plus
- Must be able to travel to shows a minimum of three times per year
- Must live in New York Tri-State area

Job Duties
- Accurately submitting or verifying custom orders with vendors within a specified time-frame
- Overseeing the special or custom order process start to finish
- Calculating and quoting prices
- Interacting with both the vendors and the customers on a regular basis
- Checking the status of custom orders, maintaining quoted timeframes, and handling any potential issues
