Job Requirements

  • Must have one plus years jewelry industry experience
  • Must have one plus years of experience with custom jobs
  • Must have basic understanding of placing CAD requests with designers vendors and knowledge of reading CAD to get cost for pieces
  • Must be able to pass knowledge assessment during interview process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in Excel
  • Knowledgeable in Photoshop
  • Ability to work well with a team of diverse personalities
  • Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing a plus
  • Must be able to travel to shows a minimum of three times per year
  • Must live in New York Tri-State area

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Accurately submitting or verifying custom orders with vendors within a specified time-frame
  • Overseeing the special or custom order process start to finish
  • Calculating and quoting prices
  • Interacting with both the vendors and the customers on a regular basis
  • Checking the status of custom orders, maintaining quoted timeframes, and handling any potential issues
