Job Requirements
- Must have 1+ years jewelry industry experience
- Must have 1+ years of experience with custom jobs
- Must have basic understanding of placing CAD requests with designers, vendors and knowledge of reading CAD to get cost for pieces
- Must be able to pass knowledge assessment during interview process
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Excel
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop
- Ability to work well with a team of diverse personalities
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing a plus
- Must be able to travel to shows a minimum of three times per year
- Must live in New York Tri-State area
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of jewelry industry experience
- Experience with custom jobs

Job Duties
- Responsible for accurately submitting/verifying custom orders with vendors within a specified time-frame
- Oversee the special/custom order process start to finish
- Calculate and quote prices
- Interact with both the vendors and the customers on a regular basis
- Check the status of orders, maintain quoted time frames, and handle any potential issues
