Job Requirements

  • prior experience in front desk or hospitality positions
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • legal authorization to work in the US
  • ability to maintain professional appearance

Job Duties

  • welcome and assist residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • monitor lobby area and handle incoming calls and requests
  • receive, sign for, and deliver packages and food orders efficiently
  • facilitate contractor arrivals and departures as well as realtor and potential buyer visits
  • advise residents and guests of property rules and regulations
  • follow procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
  • promptly respond to resident requests, phone calls, questions, and concerns
