Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of coffee preparation and drink customization is a plus
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and pride in product presentation
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- food handler’s certification may be required based on location

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to order
- operate coffee equipment including grinders, espresso machines, and brewers
- greet guests and take orders accurately
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- maintain a clean and organized workstation and café area
- restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed
- handle transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- educate guests on menu items, brewing methods, and customizations
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with opening and closing duties as required
