Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in company management or production
  • Valid passport for international travel
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel extensively using multiple modes of transportation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to multiple theater venues and locations

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in company management, theatrical office, production setting, or large-scale event coordination
  • Must have a valid passport for international travel
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask projects in a high stress environment, paying close attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Advancing logistics and overseeing box office and house seat needs
  • Assisting with nightly box office statements
  • Developing local market data sheets
  • Coordinating company travel and housing
  • Arranging logistics for visiting creative and design team members
  • Processing workers comp claims and assisting with insurance needs
  • Processing weekly commissions and payments
  • Coordinating company parties and events
  • Monitoring the overall health and well-being of all touring personnel
  • Performing other related administrative duties and assignments
