Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to guest orders following recipe, production, portion, and presentation standards
- Maintain strong knowledge of health and safety codes
- Perform all knife cuts and animal breakdowns proficiently
- Complete mise en place and set up station for lunch and/or dinner service
- Operate, uphold, and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate as a team member to ensure smooth kitchen operations
