Job Duties

  • Prepare food items of consistent quality according to guest orders following recipe, production, portion, and presentation standards
  • Complete mise en place and set up station for lunch and/or dinner service
  • Operate, uphold, and properly clean kitchen equipment
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of health codes and culinary techniques including knife cuts and animal breakdown
  • Collaborate with culinary team to ensure service excellence
  • Follow all safety and hygiene standards in food preparation
