Job Duties
- Prepare food items of consistent quality according to guest orders following recipe, production, portion, and presentation standards
- Complete mise en place and set up station for lunch and/or dinner service
- Operate, uphold, and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of health codes and culinary techniques including knife cuts and animal breakdown
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure service excellence
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards in food preparation
