Job Requirements
- Physical ability to walk and stand on concrete floors for 8 to 10 hours a day
- capability to consistently bend and twist
- ability to lift 40 pounds
- willingness to toss cartons overhead
- readiness to climb steps when required
- availability for overtime work at peak periods
- commitment to safety and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in warehousing or distribution centers is beneficial
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for long periods
- competency in handling manual tasks involving bending, lifting, and twisting
- basic understanding of safety practices in a warehouse environment
Job Duties
- Walk the floor picking up empty cartons
- place cartons in a traveling container
- dispose of cartons at appropriate locations or bailer
- make new boxes by hand or by feeding an automatic machine
- walk and stand on concrete floors for 8 to 10 hours daily
- consistently bend and twist during work
- toss cartons overhead
- climb steps as required
- lift up to 40 pounds
- work overtime during peak times
